Vendor onboarding
Know who you are paying before you place the first order.
Vendors fill their own details and upload their own documents. Your team reviews, verifies and approves, and only approved vendors can receive a purchase order.
Verification
Every field that affects a payment gets checked.
Tax registrations, bank accounts and MSME status are the details that cause wrong payments and compliance problems later. They are verified once, at the start.
- GSTIN, PAN and state code checked for consistency
- Bank account matched to a cancelled cheque or letter
- MSME category recorded for payment timelines
Capabilities
A vendor master you can trust at payment time.
Self-service vendor link
Send one link. The vendor fills company details, contacts, tax registrations and bank account, and uploads documents. No forms passed around by email.
Document checklist
Required documents set by vendor type: GST certificate, PAN, cancelled cheque, MSME certificate, and any agreement your category needs.
Bank detail control
Bank account changes need a fresh document and a second approval. Payments stop for that vendor until the change is approved.
One vendor, one record
Duplicate vendors are flagged by GSTIN, PAN and bank account, so the same supplier is not created twice under different names.
Expiry tracking
Certificates and agreements carry expiry dates. Vendors and buyers are reminded before they lapse.
Blocked until approved
A vendor cannot receive a PO until onboarding is complete and approved by the people you choose.
